Pause, answer one idea, then add one detail:

J’aimerais participer à une réunion sans passer à l’anglais.
I would like to take part in a meeting without switching to English.

Speaking guidance

Make your reply easier to understand

Many written final consonants are not pronounced. Learn the phrase as a sound sequence instead of pronouncing every letter.
French speech flows in short rhythm groups. Say je m’appelle Maya as one connected unit rather than four isolated words.
If a liaison feels uncertain, choose a clear slower sentence. Reliable production matters more than sounding advanced.
